Vanderwerff Talent is one of Toronto's most respected boutique principal agencies, representing children and young adults.

 

Established by Mirjam Vanderwerff in 2000, the agency's roster boasts some of Canada’s top young professionals working in feature films, television, digital media, voice animation and commercials, many of which have received award recognition through the Canadian Screen Academy, ACTRA, The Toronto International Film Festival, The Kids’ Choice Awards, MTV, and even the Emmys.

 

Vanderwerff Talent also enjoys reciprocal relationships with key US industry professionals, both agents and managers, and is a member of TAMAC (the Talent Agents and Managers Association of Canada).

Mirjam's previous experience in the executive recruitment industry, managing the placement of professionals in high level finance positions, made for a natural transfer to the representation of talent in the entertainment industry. She has a very hands-on approach with her clients and keeps a smaller, selective roster. She is known to be honest, forthright, and highly competitive.
